Day 1: Delhi - Manali
Drive from Delhi to Manali. Overnight Manali.
Day 2: Manali - Sarchu
Drive to Sarchu over the Rohtang and Baralacha passes. Overnight Sarchu.
Day 3: Sarchu - Leh
Drive to Leh. Overnight Leh.
Day 4: Leh
Morning excursion to Spituk and the Hall of Fame, afternoon excursion to Sankar Gompa and the Shanti Stupa.
Day 5: Leh - Phyang
Drive to Phyang, 22 km from Leh, with the monastery built on a hilltop.
Day 6: Leh - Lamayuru
Early morning drive to the moon landscapes and Lamayuru, with Rizong, then back to Leh.
Day 7: Leh - Pangong Lake
Early start for Pangong Lake at 155 km each way, crossing the Changla pass. Evening at leisure in the Leh bazaar.
Day 8: Leh - Hemis, Shey, Thiksey
Indus valley monastery tour with Shey, the ancient capital, Thiksey Gompa with its 30 m gold-plated Maitreya statue, and Hemis Gompa.
Day 9: Leh - Delhi
Transfer to the airport for the flight to your onward destination. Tour ends.
