1. Information we collect

We collect the name, phone number, email address, travel dates, destination interest, and message you type on the website inquiry form, or that you send by phone, WhatsApp, or email. If you book a package we may also keep traveller names, ID types and photographs for Inner Line and Protected Area Permits, pickup points, and payment references.

2. How we use it

We use this information to answer inquiries, confirm itineraries, arrange our own vehicles and stays, file Inner Line Permits (ILP), Protected Area Permits (PAP) and Bumla Pass paperwork where needed, and send trip updates. We do not sell guest lists. We may share names and dates with hotels, cab desks, or permit offices that must host or move your party.

3. Storage and access

Inquiry records are stored in our office systems in India and are visible to Tawang Tour and Travel staff who handle bookings. Payment details you type into a bank or UPI app stay with that provider; we keep only the reference you send us.

4. Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete an unused inquiry by writing to the email on our Contact Us page. We may retain booking records required for accounts, permits, or disputes.
