Permits to visit Tawang and Arunachal Pradesh

  • PAP (PROTECTED AREA PERMIT) FOR FOREIGN TOURISTS
    Foreign Tourists can obtain PAP for a period of 30 days through a registered tour operator of Arunachal Pradesh.
  • INNERLINE PERMIT (ILP) FOR DOMESTIC TOURISTS
    Domestic Tourist visiting Arunachal Pradesh require ILP, to obtain an ILP you will need to submit ID along with 2 passport photos.
  • BUMLA PASS
    Domestic tourists intending to visit the China/Tibet border need special permits from the defense, for a permit we need ID with a clear address and photo on it along with 2 passport photos.
